Electronics & Communication Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics & Communication Engineer to join our testing team. The candidate will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and validating electronic systems, circuits, and communication equipment to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and validation of electronic and communication systems, modules, and components.
• Prepare and execute test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing as per specifications.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot product issues or failures.
• Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain documentation for test results, calibration records, and test setups.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing protocols (such as ISO, IEC, or internal QA standards).
• Support product development and prototype evaluation.
• Use testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
• Suggest improvements in design or process based on test outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, communication systems, and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, RF testing tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of embedded systems, PCB testing, and fault diagnosis.
• Familiarity with testing automation tools or software (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field.

Experience:

• 0–3 years for Junior Engineer / 3–7 years for Senior Testing Engineer.
• (Experience in electronics product testing, embedded systems, or telecom equipment testing preferred.)

Additional Advantage:

• Knowledge of RF & wireless communication testing.
• Exposure to IoT, automation, or sensor-based testing.
• Understanding of EMC/EMI standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
