An Electronic Hardware Designer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving electronic circuits and systems used in products such as drones, robotics, automation systems, IoT devices, and industrial equipment. The role involves schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Experience required 4-5 years.

Freshers are not eligible.

1. Circuit Design & Development

Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits as per product requirements.
Create schematics using tools like Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.
Select components based on electrical, thermal, mechanical, and cost parameters.

2. PCB Design & Layout

Develop multilayer PCB layouts following best practices (signal integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, impedance control).
Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
Optimise board design for manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT).

3. Prototyping & Testing

Build hardware prototypes, perform debugging and validation tests.
Use lab equipment like oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer.
Validate performance, reliability, and safety of hardware systems.

4. Firmware Collaboration

Work closely with embedded firmware engineers for board bring-up.
Support debugging related to hardware-software integration.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare design documents, BOMs, hardware specifications, test reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (CE, FCC, RoHS, ISO, EMI/EMC).
Maintain revision control and version management.

6. Production Support

Assist in manufacturing processes including PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing.
Troubleshoot hardware issues in production batches.
Evaluate and qualify alternative components.

Pay: ₹60,000.61 - ₹65,000.77 per month
