Electro-Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain systems and components that involve both electrical and mechanical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics, automation, and engineering principles, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electro-mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers in product development projects.
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN).
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for new designs and processes.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, and control systems into products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in prototypes, production, and installed systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials and components for product development.
• Support the manufacturing team with process improvements and quality control.
• Prepare test procedures and perform validation and verification testing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical design or similar engineering role (entry-level may be considered with strong academic or project background).
• Proficient in 3D CAD design and electrical schematics software.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, embedded control, and automation.
• Experience with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers is a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
