Job Description - Meter Installation Technician - Role: Install, inspect, and maintain utility Meter (Electricity) at residential and commercial sites. - Key Duties: - Read and interpret work orders; verify customer info. - Drive to job sites, unload equipment safely. - Connect meters according to regulations and manufacturer specs. - Perform functionality tests and troubleshoot issues. - Document installation details and update inventory. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes. - Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. - 0‑2 years experience in field service or HVAC helpful. - Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25 kg. - Strong problem‑solving skills and good customer service. - Skills: Basic electrical knowledge, use of handheld tools, GPS navigation, clear communication.
