Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer, based in Noida. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing MEP systems for commercial real estate projects. Daily tasks include preparing project plans and specifications, analyzing MEP systems for compliance with building codes, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals. Additionally, the engineer will ensure quality control, cost-efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and electrical installations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and modeling software.
• Ability to perform project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation effectively.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations in construction.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
