Role & responsibilities

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory;Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market ; Aggressively achieving the sales target ; Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities ; Report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark ; Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till the accomplishment.

Preferred candidate profile

* Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience in Delhi NCR Real Estate (Commercial/Residential/Luxury/Retail) is must.

Excellent network of channel partners in Gurugram is a must

Candidate should have strong work ethics and zero compromise with integrity.

Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter with an ability to work independently.

Good communication and negotiation skills , Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organizational culture , Must have In-Depth knowledge of Real estate.
