Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing quality standards ; Developing and implementing quality control systems ; Monitoring and analyzing quality performance ; Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met ; Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements ; Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations ; Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements ; Help create and follow quality procedures at the site ; Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.Ensure snagging (finding issues) and de-snagging (fixing issues) is done on time ; Maintain all project quality documents like test results, inspection reports, and certificates. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Quality Control in Construction / Real Estate segment. Good at preparing and maintaining quality documents.
