Electrical Verification Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  system-level and subsystem-level verification

  of Autotransfusion systems in accordance with design inputs and regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 14971).
• Conduct

  electrical testing

  of power subsystems including load, voltage, and current characterization.
• Measure and analyze

  fault currents

  ,

  leakage currents

  , and ensure compliance with

  electrical safety requirements

  .
• Develop and execute

  verification protocols

  , including test procedures, test cases, and data collection sheets for electrical and mixed-signal components.
• Verify

  grounding

  ,

  insulation resistance

  , and

  power failover behavior

  under simulated fault conditions.
• Use electrical test instruments such as:
• Oscilloscopes
• Power analyzers
• Multimeters
• Data loggers
• Electronic loads
• Collaborate with

  systems engineers

  ,

  design engineers

  , and

  quality assurance

  to ensure requirements traceability and test coverage.
• Document and review

  test reports

  ,

  defects

  , and

  verification summaries

  in accordance with design control procedures.
• Support

  design reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Electrical Engineering

  ,

  Biomedical Engineering

  (with electrical focus), or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in

  electrical verification and validation

  for

  medical

  or

  safety-critical systems

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  electrical test equipment

  and

  data acquisition tools

  .
• Knowledge of

  IEC 60601-1

  ,

  IEC 60601-1-2 (EMC)

  ISO 14971

  standards.
• Experience with

  power system analysis

  current measurement techniques
