Job Summary:

Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage operations related to

  11KV and 33KV substations

  , feeders, and HT/LT lines.
• Lead and monitor

  feeder segregation

  and power distribution-related projects.
• Maintain and analyze daily/weekly/monthly

  MIS reports

  .
• Ensure proper documentation, data entry, and dashboard management using

  MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting tools)

  .
• Coordinate between field teams, contractors, and office teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Train and lead a small team of field engineers/technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
• Handle project tracking, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in

  power distribution networks, 11KV/33KV substations, and feeder segregation

  .
• Excellent command of

  MS Excel

  and other reporting tools.
• Experience in preparing and handling

  MIS reports

  .
• Good

  team management

  and

  communication skills

  .
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to field locations if required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Power Distribution / Substation Projects preferred

Preferred Candidate:

• From the power/infrastructure/utility sector
• Experienced in both site execution and backend documentation
• Immediate joiner preferred
