Electrical Supervisor

Note : should be able to monitor supervision of manufacturing electrical control panel

overseeing the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring all work meets safety codes (like NEC) and quality standards while managing schedules, budgets, and staff training, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment. Key duties involve creating work schedules, conducting inspections, interpreting blueprints, enforcing safety protocols, and providing technical guidance to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to spec. Core Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise, train, motivate, and coordinate electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Project Oversight: Plan and schedule electrical projects, manage resources, monitor timelines, and ensure adherence to budgets and specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all electrical codes (like the NEC), safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
• Technical Expertise: Interpret design schematics, troubleshoot major system failures, provide technical assistance, and guide installations and repairs.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work, ensure quality standards, and assess the effectiveness of electrical systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including work logs, timesheets, inventory, and accident reports.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, purchase, and proper handling of electrical tools and equipment.

Key Skills Required:Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, Excellent leadership and communication skills, Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, and Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
