Job Description

Note : good knowledge of tally Erp 9
ransaction Processing:** Entering data, processing invoices (AP/AR), managing purchase orders, and tracking payments.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial files (digital & physical), ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.
Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and monitoring transactions for discrepancies.
Reporting & Support: Assisting with financial reports, budget preparation, and tax filings.
Payroll Support: Verifying hours, benefits, and assisting with payroll processing.
Administrative Duties: Handling mail, organizing paperwork, and providing general support to the accounting team.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance often preferred.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, organized, strong math/analytical skills, problem-solving, and time management.
Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial regulations, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
