Senior Store Executive

ey Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching goods; conducting stock audits; maintaining accurate records (physical and in ERP/systems like SAP/Excel).
• Sales & Customer Service: Assisting customers, resolving complaints, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Operations: Opening/closing the store, managing cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reporting: Preparing sales, inventory, and non-moving item reports; coordinating with accounts and other departments.
• Staff Supervision: Training, guiding, and supervising store staff.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in retail/warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory management software/ERP systems.

Where They Work:

• Retail stores (clothing, electronics, etc.).
• Warehouses/Stockrooms (managing materials for production/distribution).
• Medical stores (requiring specific pharmacy knowledge).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
