Electrical Site Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and manage our electrical and solar installation projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, and supervision, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects while leading site teams effectively. Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day construction activities for electrical and solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted). Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site workers. Ensure project execution as per design, technical specifications, and client requirements. Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress, and implement corrective measures when required. Coordinate with procurement and project management teams for timely material supply. Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations. Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and report project updates to management/clients. Manage client interactions, consultants, and local authorities. Train, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and technical staff. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in construction/project management in electrical and solar projects shall only be considered. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar PV installations, and related civil/electrical works. Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and stay at project sites when required.
