About Us – Kapaacon Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Kapaacon Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., established at the end of 2021, is a growing company in the field of electrical and solar power installations. Within a short span, we have successfully executed multiple projects across Odisha and continue to expand our presence. As part of our growth, we are setting up a new office in Bhubaneswar and are hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation of Solar PV modules, structures, wiring, and balance of system components. Assist in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. Supervise site activities, guide team members, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation work. Coordinate with project engineers/management for timely execution of work. Maintain basic documentation and reporting of work progress. Requirements: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in Solar PV installation (rooftop or ground-mounted) will be an added advantage. Ability to work with tools, wiring, and mounting structures. Willingness to work at project sites (including outstation sites). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage small teams. Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork.
