Electrical Service Engineer

Job Summary

The After-Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems and machinery at client sites. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring minimal downtime, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure automation equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and related systems at customer sites.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Customer Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and operational support to clients.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, prepare reports, and update maintenance records.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback to suggest product or process improvements to the R&D and production teams.
• Spare Parts Management: Recommend and coordinate spare parts replacement to reduce downtime.
• Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 21–5 years of experience in industrial automation service or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial sensors/actuators.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
