Key Responsibilities Lead customer engagements to understand machining requirements and recommend optimal machine tool solutions Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, including technical and commercial coordination Conduct, feasibility studies, and senior-level technical presentations Coordinate with application, service, engineering teams, and principals for solution finalization Lead pre-sales activities including specifications, layouts, cycle-time discussions, and technical clarifications Support post-sales technical issues, customer training, and long-term account development Provide structured market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management Preferred Strong experience with CNC turning centers, VMC/HMC, or automation solutions Knowledge of the Indian manufacturing market Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
