Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagements to understand machining requirements and recommend optimal machine tool solutions
  • Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, including technical and commercial coordination
  • Conduct, feasibility studies, and senior-level technical presentations
  • Coordinate with application, service, engineering teams, and principals for solution finalization
  • Lead pre-sales activities including specifications, layouts, cycle-time discussions, and technical clarifications
  • Support post-sales technical issues, customer training, and long-term account development
  • Provide structured market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management

Preferred

  • Strong experience with CNC turning centers, VMC/HMC, or automation solutions
  • Knowledge of the Indian manufacturing market
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
