Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Hexa Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of plastic testing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and demonstrate plastic testing machines at customer locations.
• Provide after-sales service support, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults.
• Conduct machine calibration, performance verification, and maintenance as per company standards.
• Train customers on machine operation, basic maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, customer feedback, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams for machine-related technical queries.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of plastic testing equipment or machinery preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, and controllers is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with MS Office and service report documentation.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the plastic testing equipment industry or capital machinery sector.
• Hands-on experience in servicing tensile testers, MFI machines, impact testers, etc.

Compensation:

• As per industry standards; includes travel allowance and incentives based on performance.
