Electrical Project Manager

Mishrilal Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the manufacturing and infrastructure sector, is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver projects with efficiency, quality, and precision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects within set timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily project activities, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Foster effective communication across teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
• Good understanding of manufacturing/industrial project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Project Management or a related field (MBA preferred 7-10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or civil sectors.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
