We aim to innovate and deliver sustainable outcomes in industrial, commercial, and residential electrical infrastructure. ⸻ Role Overview :- The Project Manager – Electrical will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of electrical projects across various sectors (PAN India). The candidate will oversee every aspect of project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems with a primary focus on: • Lighting and controls • Switches & switchgear • Transformers • UPS and battery systems • Cabling and power distribution ⸻ Key Responsibilities :- • Project Planning & Scheduling: • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, resources, and budgets • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution • Execution & Monitoring: • Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards • Monitor progress and provide periodic project status reports • Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems • Stakeholder Management: • Serve as main contact for clients and subcontractors • Resolve issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders • Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) • Technical Coordination: • Review and verify electrical drawings, technical specifications, and approvals • Ensure material and equipment compliance with project requirements • Cost & Risk Management: • Monitor budget and mitigate overspending • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions proactively • Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor site engineers and project staff • Conduct regular site coordination meetings and ensure effective communication. Travel to sites. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills :- • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering • 5–10 years’ experience in project management within the electrical domain • Prior exposure to projects involving: • Lighting installations • Switchgear and power distribution panels • Transformers & Electrical power systems • UPS, battery chargers, and related equipment • Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards & quality practices • Good understanding of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills • PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory) ⸻ What We Offer :- • Opportunity to work on impactful projects with innovative technologies • A collaborative and growth-oriented environment • Competitive compensation and benefits package
