Electrical Panel Wireman

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Perform wiring and assembly of control panels including terminal blocks, relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, and other electrical components. Mount electrical components and label wires according to wiring diagrams. Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires neatly and accurately. Test completed panels using multimeters and other testing tools. Troubleshoot wiring errors and resolve issues during testing and commissioning. Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Maintain tools and a clean work environment. Assist in site installation when required (optional). Key Skills and Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical panel wiring or control panel assembly. Strong understanding of electrical symbols and schematic drawings. Knowledge of standard wiring practices and safety standards (such as IEC/NFPA). Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing instruments. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity. Work Environment: Factory/Workshop-based job. May involve occasional field visits or site installations. PPE compliance is mandatory.
