Electrical Maintenance Manager

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall Plant Engineering, which includes a variety of dedicated / special purpose / general purpose equipments such as CNC HBM, VTL, HMC, Gantry Plano Millers (Large size), CNC 5-axis machines, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all machines. - Ensuring plant availability of over 98% for all machines. - Guiding the team in implementing autonomous maintenance, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, and other benchmarking practices. - Overseeing all plant engineering activities. - Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) for plant engineering. - Budget preparation and monitoring. - Liaising with external parties. - Maintaining power systems and utilities within the plant. - Collaborating with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to discuss engineering products or projects. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in electrical maintenance and engineering. - Strong knowledge of autonomous maintenance, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, and other best practices. - Proficiency in preparing technical specifications and drawings. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to estimate costs and supervise project team members effectively. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the electrical systems of the plant, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the engineering department.,
