Electrical Maintenance Manager

Role Overview: As a part of our Bangalore-based health-food brand, your role will involve providing engineering support, managing production activities, ensuring statutory and legal compliance, reviewing and reporting, and overseeing scrap/waste management. You will be working in a fast-paced and mission-oriented culture that values respect, innovation, and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare plans for preventive maintenance and spares procurement - Monitor energy consumption by machines and take actions to conserve energy - Manage production activities by maintaining reordering levels of spares and coordinating procurement - Ensure stores audits are conducted regularly and maintain records - Ensure statutory and legal compliance by reviewing license status and arranging inspections - Review process log books, discuss production problems, and monitor safety aspects inside the factory - Review current year expenses on power and fuel consumption data, maintenance and repair cost - Assess machine condition and availability of spares for scrap/waste management Qualification Required: - Electrical Engineer Additional Company Details: We are a purpose-driven health-food brand founded by sisters Anindita and Suhasini Sampath, with recognition as one of the top women-led Indian startups.
