Job Description

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. Your role will involve ensuring that machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently to support the factory's production goals. You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - **Maintenance Operation:** - Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation. - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliably. - **Team Management:** - Recruit, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. - Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to the maintenance team. - **Safety and Compliance:** - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards. - **Budget Management:** - Develop and manage the maintenance department budget. - Track and control maintenance expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. - **Inventory Management:** - Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts. - Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and maintain accurate inventory records. - **Equipment Management:** - Ensure all equipment is in good working order and minimize downtime. - Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies. - **Reporting:** - Prepare and present regular maintenance reports to the plant manager and operation manager. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance. - Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and Air Handling unit systems. - Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment. This full-time permanent position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The work location is in person.,
