Electrical Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Provide Engineering Support: - Prepare plans for preventive maintenance and spares procurement - Monitor energy consumed by machines and take action to conserve energy - Ensure efficient operations of plant and machinery and adherence to defined expenditure budget - Manage Production Activities: - Maintain reordering levels of spares and coordinate procurement - Ensure stores audits are conducted regularly - Monitor machine performance and ensure timely availability of appropriate spares - Ensure Statutory and Legal Compliance: - Review license status for statutory needs - Arrange for inspections to ensure safe working conditions in the Factory - Review and Reporting: - Take regular rounds and review process log books - Monitor plant and machinery performance - Discuss production problems and safety aspects inside the factory - Others: - Review current year expenses on power and fuel consumption data - Maintenance and repair cost analysis - Scrap/Waste Management: Assess machine condition, decide on selling, and coordinate disposal Qualification Required: - Electrical Engineer (Note: Additional details about the company, such as its founders, investors, and culture, have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job role.),
