Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Electrical Engineers and Supervisors to manage, execute, and oversee the electrical works in solar EPC projects. The role includes supervising installation teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and quality teams to deliver projects on time and within specifications.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Electrical Installation & Supervision
  

Supervise and manage the installation of electrical systems including PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, SCADA systems, and cabling.
Ensure adherence to design drawings, project specifications, and electrical standards.Monitor site activities to ensure timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Project Coordination
  

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Support project managers in planning and scheduling electrical works.Liaise with vendors and contractors for timely procurement and installation of electrical components.

• Quality & Compliance
  

Ensure all electrical installations comply with IEC, IEEE, NEC standards, and project-specific requirements.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.Identify and rectify deviations, ensuring proper documentation of corrective actions.

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  

Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and best practices for electrical works.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe handling of electrical equipment and materials.Promote a safety-conscious work culture among site teams.

• Technical Support
  

Provide guidance to site technicians and installation teams on technical and operational issues.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning.Support preparation of as-built drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.

• Reporting & Documentation
  

Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and quality checklists.Report project status, issues, and achievements to Project Manager/Head of Electrical.Ensure all electrical documentation is accurate and updated for client submission.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (for Supervisors).

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of PV system components, electrical drawings, testing instruments, and relevant standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC).
