Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Testing Engineer to perform testing, inspection, and validation of solar power plant, including solar panels, inverters, AC/DC distribution boards, and protection systems. The role requires hands-on testing experience and strong knowledge of solar electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced testing of solar electrical equipment (SPDs, inverters, junction boxes, AC/DC DBs).
• Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, Hi-Pot, performance, and load tests.
• Execute FAT/SAT, onsite testing, and commissioning support for solar projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues in solar systems and document findings.
• Verify quality and compliance with IEC/IS solar standards.
• Prepare test reports and maintain all technical records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical testing, preferably in solar EPC or solar manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, megger, HV testers, power analyzers, etc.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Travel to different site location all over Maharashtra.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in testing solar inverters, string combiner boxes, LT panels.
• Knowledge of solar plant commissioning and safety practices.
