Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department, primarily in recruitment coordination , employee onboarding and employee wellbeing . The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on job portals, company website, and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in background verification processes and reference checks. Onboarding Coordination: Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents. Coordinate with new hires to ensure pre-joining formalities are completed. Ensure new employees are set up with IT systems, ID cards, and other essentials. Maintain employee records and upload documentation to the HRIS system. Act as the point of contact for new hires during the initial period of employment. Other HR Administrative Support: Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and personal information. Provide support in handling employee queries and HR documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or onboarding. Job Summary: We are hiring a Project Manager - Civil Engineer to lead the civil works of ground-mounted solar power projects across Maharashtra. This role requires overseeing all civil and structural activities—from site development to commissioning—ensuring timely execution within budget while complying with Indian construction codes, safety norms, and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate closely with EPC teams, local authorities, and contractors to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and manage all civil construction activities including site leveling, excavation, drainage, boundary wall/fencing, approach roads, and RCC foundations for module mounting structures, inverters, and substations. Review and approve civil and structural drawings as per IS codes, NBC, and relevant BIS standards. Coordinate with geotechnical survey teams and guide site grading and soil improvement based on report recommendations. Monitor execution at site to ensure work is done as per drawings, safety protocols, and agreed timelines. Supervise civil contractors, track labor deployment, material usage, and progress reporting. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including environment, forest clearance (if applicable), and land use permissions. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, quality documentation, and issue resolution logs. Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure use of approved construction materials and testing procedures (concrete cube testing, soil compaction, slump test, etc.). Manage budget allocations, cost control, and variation claims related to civil scope. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech); Master’s preferred. 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, solar project preferred Prior experience with large-scale project is preferred Familiar with IS Codes, NBC, IRC standards, MoEF guidelines, and Indian tendering/documentation practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, STAAD Pro, and MS Excel. Strong leadership and contractor management skills. Willingness to relocate to project sites across Maharashtra and manage remote site operations. Work Conditions: Site-based role (with provided accommodation and travel support). Use survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Drone Mapping for precise measurements. Prepare and verify site layouts, maps, and survey reports in coordination with design and engineering teams. Analyze land records, revenue maps, and legal documents to verify land boundaries and ownership details. Support land acquisition teams by providing accurate survey data for documentation and due diligence.
