Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:

To support the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power projects while gaining hands-on experience in electrical systems related to renewable energy. The role is focused on fresh graduates looking to start their career in the solar power sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Support in electrical design calculations, preparation of single line diagrams (SLD), cable sizing, and layouts under supervision.
• Monitor and maintain solar inverters, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during execution.
• Coordinate with site teams and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and daily project updates.
• Learn and support in energy yield analysis, system performance monitoring, and preventive maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, power electronics, and electrical distribution systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to the renewable energy industry.
• Ability to work at project sites (fieldwork) when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
