Make and trouble shooting of PLC Program & basic robot teaching as per the new project requirement
Assist the development team for system layouts, fixture/tooling designs, configurations, and end-of-arm tooling designs Responsible for installation and commissioning of machines, automations and robotic systems at the site Daily monitor automation, machines and robot performance & plan preventive maintenance Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned automation machines and robot maintenance work Diagnosing breakdown problems & make countermeasure reports Maintain critical spare parts to avoid major breakdowns Evaluate multiple scenarios in simulation for optimizing system performance Check/maintain backups for programs & handshaking programs Cycle time & quality improvement activities as per user requirements
