Job Post 1: Sales Executive – DG Set Sales

Location:

Company:

• Identify new customers and generate leads for DG Set sales (3 kVA to 6600kVA).
• Visit industrial clients, consultants, and contractors for promotion.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and follow up for order closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal service teams for smooth DG Set delivery & commissioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably DG Sets / electrical equipment / heavy machinery.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.

Job Post 2: Sales Coordinator

Location:

Company:

• Prepare and send quotations to customers as per sales team inputs.
• Coordinate with sales engineers for daily planning and order status.
• Maintain enquiry register, quotation register, and order follow-up tracker.
• Prepare sales MIS reports for management review.
• Support billing, dispatch, and documentation activities as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Commerce or Any Discipline).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination / back office.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills and team coordination ability.

Job Post 3: Accountant

Location:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, bank reconciliations, and GST workings.
• Maintain petty cash and payment records.
• Support in preparing data for statutory compliances and audits.
• Coordinate with management for financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally ERP9 / Prime and MS Excel.
• Accuracy in data entry and reporting.
