Electrical Engineer

Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including looms, extrusion, lamination, cutting, and stitching machines.

Perform routine service of all machinery in the department and resolve issues immediately.

Change the cutting machine die as directed by the Department Head.

Repair stitching line heaters and check power supply in the stitching section.

Power & Energy Management:

Record electricity meter readings daily and submit reports to management.

Monitor energy consumption and verify total electricity consumption with GEB bills.

Maintain a record of monthly power tripping and identify root causes for rectification.

Preventive Maintenance & Reporting:

Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical machinery.

Maintain reports on preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and machinery inventory.

Ensure timely checking of machinery inspection dues and renew machinery certificates before the due date.

Installation & Upgradation:

Supervise installation of new electrical machinery and automation systems.

Upgrade and calibrate electrical components to enhance efficiency.

Ensure backup power solutions (generators, UPS) are maintained and functional.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations.

Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions to minimize hazards.

Train employees on electrical safety protocols and emergency handling.

Team Management & Coordination:

Assign and follow up on tasks for night electricians and other team members.

Coordinate with electricians on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

Work closely with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
