Quality Manager

Quality Assurance & Control:

Develop and implement quality control processes for raw materials, production, and finished FIBC products.

Conduct routine inspections at various production stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Ensure that products meet customer specifications, industry regulations, and international standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, etc.).

Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on customer requirements.

Raw Material & Pre-Production Inspection:

Check raw materials before production to ensure they meet quality standards.

Approve raw materials for production based on pre-defined specifications.

Work with suppliers to maintain consistent raw material quality.

Production Process Monitoring:

Oversee the manufacturing process to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Work closely with the production team to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Ensure proper work allocation to employees in the quality department.

Testing & Compliance:

Supervise in-house testing of FIBC bags, including tensile strength, load capacity, UV resistance, and seam integrity.

Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, UN Certification, and food-grade requirements.

Perform quality checks in every department and review other quality reports.

Verify that all quality assurance policies and parameter-based quality checks are followed.

Customer Complaint Handling & Continuous Improvement:

Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct defect analysis and recommend process improvements to reduce rejections.

Team Management & Reporting:

Allocate work to quality department employees and monitor performance.

Obtain daily reports from supervisors and in-charge personnel in the quality department.

Develop a culture of quality awareness across all departments.

Supplier & Raw Material Quality Assurance:

Evaluate and approve raw material suppliers to ensure quality consistency.

Conduct incoming material inspections and supplier audits.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain quality control reports, testing records, and compliance documentation.

Prepare and present reports on quality performance, defects, and process improvements to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
