Electrical Design Engineer

1- Design handling for enquiry and execution both UPTO 40 MVA 33 KV oil cooled transformer.

2- Designing for aluminium and copper both type of winding.

3- Designing of Aluminium or copper foil winding transformer up to 6 MVA 33 KV.

4- Designing of inverter duty transformer UPTO 20 MVA (2/3/4/5 )Winding transformer.

5- Designing of IDT in aluminium foil and conductor also.

6- Designing of different type vector group combination of transformer like Dyn11 , Dyn1, Dyn5

, Dyn7 , Yyo , Dd0 etc.

7- Appropriate knowledge about the procedure for testing of power and distribution and IDT’S

Transformers.

8- Appropriate knowledge of autocad to check the mechanical design / drafting for smooth

execution.

9- GTP preparation for all kind of crucial technical specification.

10- All king of mechanical and electrical detailed calculation like losses , impedances ,

resistances , cooling ONAN/ONAF , Hot spot of windings , Air core reactances , Zero

sequence impedances. Transfer surge reactance etcs.

11- Adequate knowledge of dynamic SC test at independent lab like CPRI/ ERDA etcs.

12- Type test designing for different utilities and EPC’S and IDT’S also.

13- Designing of auxiliary or earthing transformers.

14- Customer handling to resolve the drawing and GTP’S omments for final approval.
