Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, be proficient in building automation frameworks, and demonstrate strong capabilities in backend testing, SOQL/SQL scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.

Test Planning & Execution

This role demands strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce and SAP-integrated Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with SAP).
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks.

Automation & Tools

Design and develop robust, reusable automated test scripts using tools such as AccelQ, Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework for Salesforce regression testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.) to support continuous delivery.

Technical Testing

Write and execute complex SOQL and SQL queries for backend data validation.
Conduct API testing for Salesforce and related system integrations.
Validate Salesforce backend configurations, process flows, validation rules, and triggers for consistency and accuracy.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

Ensure early detection of defects through proactive testing strategies.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve the QA process.
Provide detailed test documentation, including test plans, traceability matrices, and execution Skills & Experience :
6+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.
Hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing for Salesforce and SAP platforms.
Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud experience is a plus).
Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for backend data testing and validation.
Strong experience in automation frameworks and tools (AccelQ, Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Good understanding of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce QA-specific certifications).
Experience with SAP testing in integrated Salesforce environments.
Knowledge of performance testing and security testing for Salesforce applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
