Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce ClaimVantage Developer to join our dynamic and distributed team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, with a specialized focus on ClaimVantage modules for claims processing, disability management, and case adjudication.This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are passionate about delivering scalable, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain ClaimVantage applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrate ClaimVantage with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, and workflow tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Contribute to DevOps processes using CI/CD tools and version control systems.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in ClaimVantage modules and their business processes.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and case management processes.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data transformations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)
Experience with insurance, employee benefits, or disability claims platforms
Knowledge of OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
