As an experienced Salesforce ClaimVantage Developer, you will be joining a dynamic and distributed team in a fully remote role. With over 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, your main focus will be on configuring, customizing, and maintaining ClaimVantage applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be crucial in developing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce while integrating ClaimVantage with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing automation using Salesforce Flows and workflow tools, and troubleshooting issues to ensure high performance and reliability. Furthermore, you will contribute to DevOps processes using CI/CD tools and version control systems, and actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and demonstrate a strong expertise in ClaimVantage modules and their associated business processes. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration is essential, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and case management processes. Your experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), data transformations, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) will be highly valued. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, experience with insurance, employee benefits, or disability claims platforms, knowledge of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
