Any Degree ( Bachelors in Engineering ) with Diploma in industrial safety from a recognized institute like Regional Labor Institute / central labor institute, International Institute of Industrial Safety Management of Bangalore, Rajiv Gandhi institute of Bellary, Government Polytechnic of Bellary
1. Strong understanding of EHS and practices.
2. Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills
3. Ability to assess and manage workplace health risks.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in maintaining records and documentation.
1. Primarily office based with some exposure to industrial environments.
2. Ability to respond to Team and communicate team.
3. Primarily office –based with regular site visits and inspection
1. Ensure compliance with local state and federal EHS Regulations.
2. Perform Risk assessments and identify potential Hazards.
3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
4. Investigate incidents, accidents and near – misses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
5. Analyze EHS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
6. Participate in EHS committees and working groups.
7. Keep updated with new and changing regulations related to EHS.
8. Look after Occupational Health center.
9. Medical checkup for employees as per government norms.
10. Conduction training session to employees, trainees & Cl candidate
11. Conduct first aid training to employees, trainees & CL Candidate
12. Other actives of EHS
