Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Create, record, and maintain data related to real estate and expansion activities using MS Excel and internal tools.
  • Prepare, update, and manage trackers for vendor payments, contracts, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with real estate vendors for timely submission of invoices, agreements, and other required documents.
  • Collect, verify, and organize vendor documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely processing and completion of vendor payments.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making for the Real Estate & Expansion team.
  • Support the team in maintaining lease agreements, renewals, and other contractual records.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing expansion projects.
