Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all
EHS laws, rules, and regulations
applicable to the site.
Implement and monitor
EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs
Conduct
safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
regularly
Identify hazards and recommend
corrective & preventive actions
Maintain and update
EHS documentation, records, and reports
Coordinate with government authorities for
statutory compliance
Organize
EHS training, safety drills, and awareness programs
for employees
Investigate
accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases
and prepare reports
Monitor
waste management, pollution control, and environmental practices
Ensure proper use of
PPEs
and safe work practices across the site

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
EHS legislation and compliance
Experience in
manufacturing / industrial environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 preferred
