Job Description

Senior IT Business Analyst

Were looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to help us build and grow a strong partner ecosystem for our SaaS products (Elite Site Optimizer, Elite mCommerce, HR Compliance solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential channel partners/resellers.
Evaluate and onboard qualified partners.
Track partner performance and ROI.
Support sales & marketing with partner enablement tools.
Provide data-driven insights to strengthen Were Looking For :
Experience in business analysis, partnerships, or channel development.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Background in SaaS or IT services preferred.
