Academic Counselor

About your new role:

 Conduct outbound calls to a daily quota of minimum 100 leads.

 Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.

 Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.

 Build and maintain rapport with leads.

 Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections,

and conversion rates.

 Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

 Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.

 Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.

 Knowledge of the study abroad process and specific country requirements is preferred.

 Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

 Detail-oriented and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
