Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will assist students in exploring educational options, provide tailored advice on college and course selection, conduct career counseling sessions, and address students' academic inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students in decision-making processes, improving their understanding of academic and career pathways, and building effective communication with prospective students and their families while maintaining a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and providing tailored academic guidance
• Strong Communication skills to engage with students and families effectively
• Understanding of the Education sector and its requirements
• Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with students in an advisory or counseling capacity is a plus
