Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Educational Counselor based in Mumbai, allowing flexibility for limited work from home. The Educational Counselor will provide academic and career guidance to students, conduct counseling sessions tailored to individual needs, and assist in developing effective education and career strategies. The role involves day-to-day student interactions, identifying challenges, and offering solutions to help students achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling
• Experience in Student Counseling and guidance
• Strong Communication skills to engage with a diverse student base
• Knowledge of Education systems and processes
• Ability to empathize with and address student concerns
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in counseling or mentoring roles is an advantage
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students is preferred
