Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Noida. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized counseling to students, assisting them in selecting the right academic programs and institutions that align with their goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering career guidance, supporting students through the application and admission processes, and addressing their educational needs effectively through one-on-one interactions. The role involves collaborating with students, parents, and institutional representatives to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and providing tailored academic guidance
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage effectively with students and parents
• Experience in Career Counseling practices and understanding diverse career pathways
• A solid understanding of Education systems, including international academic environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in student counseling or similar roles is a plus
