Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the EdTech or related verticals.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Generate sales funnels and assist the sales manager in converting clients.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and exceed them.
  • Collaborate with teams on existing pipelines and create new funnels for target audiences.
  • Gather and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback from customers.
  • Coordinate sales efforts within the team and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate degree, preferably from a premier institute, with a focus on B2B sales and customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience in EdTech, ITeS, SaaS, or related verticals, with a preference for global work experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly and concisely.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on pipeline conversion metrics and efficiency metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
