Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the EdTech or related verticals.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate sales funnels and assist the sales manager in converting clients.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and exceed them.
Collaborate with teams on existing pipelines and create new funnels for target audiences.
Gather and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback from customers.
Coordinate sales efforts within the team and work with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree, preferably from a premier institute, with a focus on B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Proven experience in EdTech, ITeS, SaaS, or related verticals, with a preference for global work experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly and concisely.
Strong communication and networking skills, with attention to detail and flexibility.
Data-driven approach with a focus on pipeline conversion metrics and efficiency metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
