Position Overview: Infinite Education is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Team leader to lead and manage the operations of our Mavelikara branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall functioning, administration, sales, and growth of the centre . This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in the education industry and excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branch Operations & Administration Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise all front office, back office, and administrative activities, ensuring proper coordination between departments. Maintain updated records of admissions, fees, inquiries, follow-ups, and student files (physical and digital). Ensure a clean & professional environment is maintained at the branch at all times. Ensure availability and upkeep of all operational resources like marketing materials, forms, systems, etc. 2. Sales, Marketing & Business Development Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions by proactively engaging with students and parents. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual enrollment targets. Track and report lead generation, follow-up conversions, and campaign effectiveness. Organize and participate in local marketing activities, events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote Infinite Education. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, local influencers, and community groups for referrals and partnerships. 3. Team Supervision & Coordination Recruit, Supervise, train, and guide office staff and counsellors to ensure excellent customer service and target achievement. Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals. Support recruitment and training of new team members as per branch needs. 4. Student Counseling & Customer Service Personally attend to key walk-ins and ensure high conversion rates through effective career counseling and course guidance. Ensure timely and professional resolution of student/parent queries, complaints, or concerns. Follow up with existing students for renewals, referrals, and feedback. 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate reports of daily walk-ins, admissions, payments, outstanding balances, and overall performance. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, admission procedures, fee collection guidelines, and branding standards. 6. Coordination with Head Office and Universities Liaise with head office teams for student documentation, course updates, certificate issuance, etc. Ensure that student data is accurately shared with universities or certifying bodies in a timely manner. Execute any new initiatives, promotions, or operational policies issued by the management. 7. Accountability Take complete ownership and responsibility for the growth, reputation, and smooth functioning of the Mavelikara branch. Act as the primary point of contact for all issues related to the branch – operational, academic, sales, or customer-related. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in education, training, admissions, or academic administration. Prior experience in managing a team and handling a branch or office independently is a strong advantage. Proven sales and target achievement record. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing knowledge. Fluent in Malayalam and English.Other languages will be added advantage. Preferred Background: Experience in distance education, university admissions, study abroad services, or educational franchise management. Candidates should be relocate to Mavelikkara for work.
