Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks for internal and client-facing applications. Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Build automation workflows that reduce manual dependencies in lead management, CRM, and operational processes. Integrate multiple platforms and systems using API endpoints, webhooks, and cloud services. Conduct performance, regression, and functional testing for all EduDAG digital tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Operations, Admissions) to identify automation opportunities. Document testing results, maintain code repositories, and ensure continuous improvement in automation coverage. Provide technical insights and recommend best practices for efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in API automation and automation testing. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, JMeter, Selenium, or RestAssured. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, JSON, and testing methodologies. Familiarity with CRM or ERP integration (Zoho, Salesforce, or custom systems) is a plus. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
