Role Overview

We’re building a new category of premium educational card decks — tools that simplify wisdom and make learning beautiful, inspiring, and pocket-sized. As the Content Architect – Learning Aids, you’ll be at the heart of this venture: conceptualizing deck themes, curating content, coordinating design, managing production, and ensuring every card that goes to print delivers clarity and elegance.

In the early phase, this is a multi-disciplinary role where you’ll also assist the founder with coordination, timelines, and vendor communications — functioning partly as an Executive Assistant and partly as a Creative Producer.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys owning end-to-end creative journeys — from idea to tangible product.

What You’ll Do

Content & Curation

• Work with AI tools (like ChatGPT) to generate and refine content for each card deck
• Summarize complex ideas into simple, engaging, visual formats
• Maintain structure and logic across themed decks (42-card format + wildcards + instruction cards)

Design Coordination

• Liaise with designers to translate ideas into visually consistent decks
• Ensure fonts, colors, spacing, and layouts match brand tone and audience psychology
• Review mockups and printed proofs before final release

Production Management

• Coordinate with print vendors, track inventory, and maintain production calendars
• Prepare spec sheets, printer briefs, and coordinate packaging material
• Ensure quality control across every stage — from card cuts to lamination
• Support launches, sample runs, gifting logistics, and outreach

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a background in content creation, journalism, publishing, or branding
• Love simplifying ideas and presenting them with emotional impact
• Are visually sharp — can imagine the final product even while it’s a draft
• Know your way around Canva or Figma (basic level at least)
• Can manage vendors, proof samples, and nudge things toward deadlines
• Are Gurgaon-based or open to hybrid physical collaboration for key phases
• Value aesthetics, meaning, and organized execution — all at once

P.S. This role involves deep attention to design, beauty, flow, and rhythm (typically the venus character) — so someone with a natural creative instinct may thrive beautifully here.
