Content Architect

As a Content Architect Learning Aids at our venture, you will play a crucial role in shaping a new category of premium educational card decks. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing deck themes, curating content, coordinating design, managing production, and ensuring that every card printed reflects clarity and elegance. In addition to your core duties, you will also collaborate with the founder on coordination, timelines, and vendor communications, taking on aspects of an Executive Assistant and a Creative Producer. This multi-disciplinary role offers a rare opportunity to oversee creative journeys from initial idea to the final tangible product. Your key responsibilities will involve working with AI tools to refine content, summarizing complex ideas into engaging formats, and maintaining structure across themed decks. You will liaise with designers to ensure visual consistency, review mockups and proofs, and oversee the production process from coordinating with print vendors to managing inventory and quality control. To excel in this role, you should have a background in content creation, journalism, publishing, or branding, with a passion for simplifying ideas with emotional impact. Visual acuity, familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma, and the ability to manage vendors and deadlines are essential. Being Gurgaon-based or open to hybrid collaboration is preferred, along with a keen eye for aesthetics, meaning, and organized execution.
